Hope for Recovery
Spend a Saturday with a trained family member who will offer information, hope, and practical strategies for dealing with the complexities of mental illnesses.
Participants learn information about: various illnesses, treatments, recovery, coping strategies, the mental health system, and local resources. Please join us!
Lunch: Lunch is not provided as part of the workshop. Participants may bring a bagged lunch or money and join the group in ordering a delivery.

What We DoNAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with mental illnesses and their families. For over 40 years, NAMI Minnesota has worked to promote the development of community mental health programs and services, change public attitudes about mental illnesses, improve access to services and increase opportunities for recovery. NAMI Minnesota champions justice, dignity, and respect for all people affected by mental illnesses.
